Meet Our Staff

Caitlin Filips OD

Dr. Filips grew up in Broadview Hts. She decided to become an Optometrist at the tender age of 4 after watching her uncle Dr. Jim Tomko graduate from The Ohio State University. Dr. Filips went on and recieved her bachelors degree from Miami University of Ohio and then she was accepted into the top ranked Ohio State University College of Optometry GO BUCKS!! She recently married her husband Randy Rees and moved to Olmsted Falls. Jim Rump LDO

Jim has been in the Opticianry business for over 30 years. He is active in the community serving on the Berea Planning Commision and attending many city events. Jim is also a professor at Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus teaching future Opticians. Jim frequently gives lectures to his fellow Opticians.

Sue Church LDO

Sue is the daughter of Jim Rump and grew up around the Opticianry business. She is a highly trained Optician and has an associates degree in business. Sue is very active in the community, she is the Vice president of Berea High School Booster Club. Sue is also the cheerleading coach at the high school. She resides in Berea with her husband, two sons, and daughter.

Carol Rini LDO

Carol has been working part-time at ProCare for years. She lives in Strongsville with her husband and has two daughters.

Brian Nash LDO

Brian is a part-timer at ProCare. Brian was the owner of Berea Optical before it burned to the ground, giving him plenty of Opticianry experience.
